This is the boundary referred to in The Loch Lomond and The Trossachs National Park Designation Transitional and Consequential Provisions (Scotland) Order 2002. Legislation provides that boundary changes have to be consulted on and made through and appropriate SSI. Ministers would propose the change and the Scottish Parliament would make the decision. This is not envisaged to be a frequent process.
