Between January 2012 and December 2015, the total inflow was estimated as 2% of the gauged inflow from the R. Brathay and from January 2016 to December 2019, the total inflow was estimated as 2% of the gauged flow on the R. Brathay plus the measured flow of the diversion pipeline. Missing diversion pipeline measurements (<1% of the dataset) were estimated based on the relationship between the diversion pipeline and the gauged discharge, where both existed. Water temperature data were derived from a relationship between measured water temperatures on the diversion pipeline between 2017 and 2019 and the previous 12 hours' air temperature.
