The data was initially saved on Campbell data loggers and Raspberry Pis and then transferred to a laptop. The individual data files were consolidated into a single file per data logger and this raw data is provided in the repository. This raw data was calibrated and filtered and the pairs of strain gauges combined into a single per tree bending strain signal. This processed data is also provided in the repository. No processing was necessary for the wind data and this is provided in its raw form.
