ISL IINH 1:500k Bedrock Age

The 1:500,000 Geological Map of Iceland was re published in 1998 by the Institute of Icelandic Natural history. This map broadly outlines the bedrock geology of Iceland. Bedrock is classified on the basis of its age, type and composition. Postglacial lavas are divided into prehistoric and historic lavas.
