Recycling of spent lithium-ion batteries in view of lithium recovery: A critical review

State-of-the-art spent LIBs recycling is discussed with an emphasis on lithium recovery. In addition to understanding underlying mechanisms and physiochemistry features of various recycling methods, the possibility for industrial realization of each method is also evaluated.



The data will be of value to all those interested in identifying the potential of materials recovery in spent lithium-ion batteries.
