Stoffdossier zur Rückgewinnung von SEM aus ausgewählten Abfällen im Vergleich zur Primärproduktion

Die Rückgewinnung von SEM ist bezüglich Umweltbelastung, Treibhausgas-Emissionen und Primärenergieverbrauch vorteilhafter als die primäre Produktion. Durch die Gewinnung in nur wenigen Ländern, vor allem in China, ist eine Abhängigkeit von diesen Produzenten vorhanden. Es gibt eine Reihe von Ansätzen um das Versorgungsrisiko von «kritischen» Elementen wie den SEM zu verringern.
