Joint Ore Reserves Committee (JORC) reporting code 2012

Australasian Code for Reporting of Exploration Results, Mineral Resources and Ore Reserves. The JORC Code sets out minimum standards, recommendations and guidelines for Public Reporting in Australasia of Exploration Results, Mineral Resources and Ore Reserves. Public Reports prepared in accordance with the JORC Code are prepared for the purpose of informing investors and their advisors. They include, annual and quarterly company reports, press releases, technical papers of Exploration Results, Mineral Resources and Ore Reserves estimates.
