The mass flowrate of liquid CO2 was set from 300 kg/h to 750 kg/h, resulting in a reference gas volume fraction from 0% to 87%. The measurement uncertainty of gas phase CO2 is +/-0.35% while that of liquid phase CO2 is +/-0.16%, which is accurate enough to provide reference flowrates. Mass flow rate, density, pressure and temperature data of two-phase CO2 flow were recorded in real time during the tests.
