Model code for object oriented data analysis of surface motion time series in peatland landscapes

This model code for object oriented data analysis of surface motion time series in peatland landscapes provides the procedure to assess peatland condition using object oriented data analysis. The model code assesses peatland condition according to which cluster each surface motion time series is assigned, based on key measures capturing differences between the time series. Statement

The model code has been created for the purpose of analysing peatland surface motion time series in the NERC grant number NE/T010118/1, as part of the project “Developing a statistical methodology for the assessment and management of peatland (StAMP)” in the Landscape Decisions Programme. This is the first version of the code.
